Delivery policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

UK Shipping

UK shipping is included in the prices quoted on our website.

UK (excluding Northern Ireland) orders for standard products are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days from receiving your order confirmation email. Bespoke grills and a limited number of standard products can take longer and we will tell you this at the time of confirming your order.

Northern Ireland orders are usually delivered within 14 business days.

International Shipping

If you are an international customer please contact us for a delivery quote and estimated delivery date.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ox Grills is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Kerbside delivery

Please bear in mind that our grills are heavy and usually require two people or more to lift them safely. All deliveries will be delivered to the nearest kerbside at the address specified. Our carrier drivers will position their vehicle as close as possible to the delivery address and unload the goods into a spot on the kerbside that is safe. Once the goods are on the kerbside with the delivery contact they will be considered delivered.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you can move the goods from the kerbside to the final point of installation in your home or premises.

Delivery restrictions

If there are any delivery restrictions at the delivery address, such as poor access for larger vehicles or restricted access points, please contact us with the details at the time of order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

We will update you periodically but if you want to know how your order is getting on please contact us at info@oxgrills.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will update you.

If you are in the UK and haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your confirmation email, please contact us.
